Training Programs

Once LMS access has been activated or course materials have been provided, refunds may not be available unless otherwise stated.

Consulting Services

Consulting appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice.

If consulting work has already commenced, cancellation charges or partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of service delivery.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

• Downloaded digital resources
• Activated LMS accounts
• Completed consulting sessions

• Missed training sessions due to participant absence

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Course Rescheduling

If Kamruhan Services reschedules or cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:

• A new training date
• Credit toward another course
